Traditional roles are being reimagined and new ones born that requires an amalgamation of technical acumen with creative problem-solving.
The success of the future will be based on how far ahead of this change we have kept. Heavily investing in upskilling employees will ensure that they are equipped with skills in cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, blockchain, and advanced data analytics. But it is not technical skills alone; developing a growth mindset, staying curious, and being open to new ideas and methodologies are equally relevant.
